Career Services in 2016, and a joint venture with TTPA Engineering Company was registered in 2020.

Systems in BIM Utilization in Myanmar and other Asian countries such as
Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand etc.
- CLA's adoption of ERS
(Enterprise Resource System) has enabled project teams to properly and
efficiently manage the necessary resources to ensure the success of the projects,
monitor the actual progress, and ensure they are able to match the employer’s
expectations.

- BIM consultant team for outsourcing modeling services through stringent quality assurance checks under the supervision of a highly experienced BIM manager.
- BIM Utilization and Implementation, Project-Based Modeling/Drafting & Shop-Drawing Preparation, Coordination and 4D Timeliner Sequencing, 5D Cost Estimation, Safety Control, FM Date Input, and Fabrication Process Control.
